Competition Terms and Conditions(Required) Eligibility:
This competition is open to attendees who were present at the NATA Accreditation Matters - QMS Workshop event.
Entry:
To enter the competition, participants must complete and submit the online entry form.
Only one entry per person is permitted. By entering you agree to be subscribe to our mailing list. Note: We don't send them often and we won't spam you ever. You can unsubscribe at anytime.
Prize:
Two winners will each receive a Free Gap Analysis worth $2,000.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
Winner Selection and Notification:
The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received.
The draw will take place shortly after the event, and winners will be notified via email within 30 days of the draw.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days of the email notification, another winner will be selected.
Acceptance of Prize:
Winners must accept the prize by responding to the email notification.
By accepting the prize, winners agree to participate in any promotional activities or material as required by SmartQMS.
General Conditions:
SmartQMS reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
SmartQMS is not responsible for any technical issues or failures that may prevent participation.
Privacy:
Any personal information provided will be used solely for the purposes of this competition and will not be shared with third parties.
Winners' names may be announced publicly in related promotional materials.
Limitation of Liability:
SmartQMS accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by entrants as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.
Governing Law:
This competition and its terms and conditions are governed by the laws of NSW, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia, NSW.
By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
