The story behind ZTQ

Democratising QMS.

As an Australian-based consultancy, SmartQMS has helped countless research organisations and startups in the biomedical and other industries develop better quality systems — leading to better, well, everything, but ultimately better research outcomes.

But it occurred to us over time that there are many, many more organisations out there who need a different approach to the traditional consultancy model.

So we started thinking about what we could do to broaden access to QMS for all organisations. And ZTQ was born.
